While many companies are cutting back on incentive trips and recognition, Ralph Oats and Wellness International Network are doubling the amount of trips in 2010, including a Spring Fling resort getaway to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, and the 2010 Anniversary Gala will be aboard the gorgeous Celebrity Solstice in the Caribbean.
